The apartment benefits from an excellent location in Venice; it is in the Cannaregio district, one of the most characteristic areas of Venice, close to the Grand Canal and the most important monuments and museums. It is right in the heart of Venice, a few steps from the 15th century Ca’ d’Oro museum, where you can admire the works of Venetian and Flemish artists. The neighbourhood is full of all kinds of restaurants and shops, bars and pastry shops.

After 5 minutes’ walk you will find yourself in front of the Rialto Bridge, the Casino is 5 minutes away, and walking for another 10 minutes you will arrive in Piazza San Marco. With the vaporetto you can get to the Lido, with its magnificent beaches of clear sand and clean waters.
The vaporetto is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment, and in 5 minutes you can reach the public transport stop for getting to Marco Polo airport. The water taxi arrives right next to the apartment, thanks to a convenient landing spot.

The neighbourhood is very quiet.
The 60 m2 apartment, recently renovated, is located on the mezzanine floor of a 16th century palazzo. It is furnished in an original way and equipped with central heating and air conditioning; all the windows, with shatterproof glass, have a view of the canal. The beds are equipped with orthopaedic mattresses and the floors throughout the apartment are covered with fine marble, including the walls and the bathroom floor.
The open plan kitchen, integrated with the living room, is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, 4 burners, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all the crockery you might need. The living room is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and is equipped with a comfortable table for 4/5 people and a very comfortable sofa in front of the television.
The bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds for adults (a bunk bed, which children love). A fifth bed can be made available on request. From the large windows you can admire the wonderful, evocative view of the canal. A small table placed in front of the large water door is perfect for breakfast overlooking the canal.
The bathroom, with shower cubicle, comes complete with toiletries, soaps and hairdryer; the utility room is next to the bathroom and is equipped with a washer dryer, ironing board and iron.
Full bed linen and towels are made available for the duration of the stay.
We offer free high-speed WiFi, a map of Venice and welcome drinks upon arrival.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
It has its own separate entrance.
